For three weeks in January I participated in the Design Alliance Scheme. In teams of four, we were given a branding project. My team was mentored by Holywood based design consultancy Tandem. We had to create an identity for an art gallery that would tour through hospitals on a national scale. We then had to give a pitch of our ideas to a jury of designers from Whitenoise, Front, Whitespace and Darragh Neely Design Works. The whole experience was insightful and great practice for the future. We presented our ideas on A2(ish) sized foamex boards, the designs for them are below.
